The STEUBING RANCH STEEL EELS are a member of the 24 league teams in the MSSL for 2024.  The MSSL does the following items for its teams:

Runs FREE annual clinics for team volunteers who serve in the following roles as meet refs, starters, stroke and turn judges, team reps, and scorekeepers.  

Runs FREE annual clinics for the coaching staffs to use the SwimTopia software and for any new head coach to learn about how to run practices as well as what to expect at meets.

Puts the dual/tri meet schedule together.

Arranges insurance for all teams.

Runs the 4 league Board meetings each year to prepare for the season.

Reserves the natatorium for the four Division Championship Meets and the All Star Meet.  

Runs the big meets at the natatorium.

Mentors all teams whether it is established or newly-forming.

Secures sponsors for the league.
